Welcome to Labstelle Vienna \u2013 your restaurant for sustainable, regional cuisine.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Our team has roots all over the world \u2013 from Austria, Germany, Poland, and Hungary to Greece, Afghanistan, and Nigeria. This diversity also shapes our cuisine: distinctly Austrian, yet inspired by global influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything we do is guided by regionality, sustainability, and craftsmanship<\/strong>.
Our ingredients come primarily from Austria \u2013 often directly from Vienna and the surrounding area. Even products you wouldn\u2019t expect to find here: shrimp from Tyrol, figs from Vienna, and much more. Avocados? We skip them. Instead, we make the most of every ingredient \u2013 nose to tail and leaf to root<\/strong>. We cure, bake, ferment, preserve, and refine until every detail is just right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time is a precious resource in gastronomy. Doing almost everything by hand takes plenty of it. But when you truly love your ingredients, every step is worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meat with responsibility.<\/strong>
Our guests value our respectful approach to meat. For us, it\u2019s not only about taste, but also about origin and animal welfare. The animals whose meat we use have lived good lives.
We show this commitment transparently \u2013 with the AMA quality seal<\/strong>, the Austrian Eco-label UZ 202<\/strong>, and our organic certification<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast menu<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

By now, it\u2019s become a beloved classic: the Flying Breakfast.
Available only on Saturdays. Throughout the morning, the kitchen serves a continuous selection of eight dishes \u2013 some familiar, some surprising.
Take your time \u2013 the experience can easily last around 2.5 hours. Reservations are recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
