Welcome to Labstelle Vienna \u2013 your restaurant for sustainable, regional cuisine.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team brings together roots from many parts of the world. This diversity shapes our cuisine: distinctly Austrian and open to influences from everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our ingredients come primarily from Austria, often directly from Vienna and the surrounding region: prawns from Tyrol, figs from Vienna and much more. We skip avocados. Instead, we use as much of every ingredient as possible \u2013 nose to tail and leaf to root. We cure, bake, ferment and preserve. Craftsmanship you can taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almost everything is made in-house. It takes time \u2013 and makes all the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsible meat. For us, flavour matters just as much as origin and animal welfare. Our commitment is documented by the AMA quality seal, the Austrian Eco-label UZ 202 and our organic certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast menu<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Our Flying Breakfast is served every Saturday: eight dishes arrive one after another \u2013 some familiar, others surprising. Allow around 2.5 hours; reservations are recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch menu<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Two or three courses \u2013 with meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan. Seasonal, renewed every two weeks and also available on Saturdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose \u00e0 la carte or a four-course farm-to-table menu \u2013 with meat and fish or entirely vegan. Awarded two Gault&Millau toques and recommended by the Michelin Guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
