That means before baking bread, the dough should be fed in the evening and the morning. This ensures that it has enough strength to bake the bread at noon.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"spacer-40\"><\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"entry-4\">\n                            <h2 class=\"font\">Time management:<\/h2>\n                <div class=\"bigger-width\">\n                    <p>It takes about half a day to prepare the bread. Ideally, you start at noon, fold it in the afternoon and let it rest overnight in the cooking basket. Then place the dough in a well-floured cooking basket with or without a cloth. You can now flip the dough from the cooking basket directly into the hot pot, cut into the top and bake, or first, turn it out onto a flat baking sheet, score the desired pattern, and then lift it into the pot (works well with some baking paper underneath).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"wp-block-column\">    \n                            <div class=\"d-flex round-image-container pt-4 pb-3 mb-4 flex-wrap round-image\">\n                                <div class=\"d-flex flex-column spacing\">\n                                    <div class=\"round-image round-image-4 smaller\">\n                                    <\/div>\n                                                                    <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                                    <div class=\"wp-block-columns sm-swap\">\n                        <div class=\"wp-block-column d-flex flex-column justify-content-center\">\n                            <h5 class=\"font h2\"><strong>Step 6<\/strong><\/h5>\n                            <div class=\"bigger-width pe-md-3\"><p>Bake for about 30 minutes at 250\u00b0C with the lid on top and then for 15 minutes at 220\u00b0C without lid.
