Reservation terms

Hahn & Reichel Gastronomiebetriebs GmbH, Lugeck 6, 1010 Vienna – hereinafter “Labstelle” or “we”. These terms apply to table reservations in the restaurant. They correspond to section 12 of our general terms and conditions; events are governed by sections 1 to 11 of those terms.

1. We confirm reservations by e-mail. We hold your table for 15 minutes past the reserved time.

2. Tables for up to 20 people can be booked online. Up to 12 people order à la carte. From 13 people one set menu applies to the whole group; we send you the menu proposal after you book.

3. For five people or more, you leave a credit card as a guarantee when you book. The card is not charged in advance.

4. Reservations for up to 12 people can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time, online or by phone. For later cancellation or a no-show we charge €30 per reserved person; if individual guests do not come, this applies to each seat not taken.

5. For reservations from 13 people, the cancellation terms stated on the respective group menu apply; we send them to you with the menu proposal.

6. Groups of more than 20 people, exclusive use of the restaurant and events in the Saal are agreed with you as an event under sections 1 to 11 of our terms and conditions.
