Origin and people
Good produce is everything. That is why we know many of our suppliers personally and know where the ingredients come from: from the region wherever possible, in step with the season.
We also introduce the people in the house. On the team page you can see who cooks, serves, mixes and organises here.
Kitchen
Our menu follows the seasons; the ingredients change with the weather. Seasonal wherever possible. Regional, as close to home as we can. From producers we know by name.
Then we cook and we mix, in the kitchen and behind the bar. It takes courage – and humility towards every mint leaf and every cut of meat.

Lunch menu SaturdaysEight courses arrive at the table one after another. Saturday from 10:00, order by 11:00, €42 per person.
Breakfast menu RecommendationPan-fried, with potato and lamb’s lettuce salad. Always on the evening menu.

Bar am Lugeck
Black stools, dark wood and a bar team that knows what it is mixing. Austrian wine, cocktails with ingredients from the kitchen. No reservation needed, open until midnight.
