The ingredients change like the weather. But they have one thing in common: they are the best we know. From the best producers we know. Seasonal, as long as possible. Regional, as close as possible. Then we cook and mix. In the kitchen and behind the bar. Courage is part of it. But also humility. Towards every mint leaf, every apricot, every piece of meat. We are here to make the best out of it. That’s why we know our suppliers personally and know where the ingredients for our dishes come from: namely from our region. Depending on the season, we let nature surprise us with what it has in store for us, and from this, we create – sometimes at short notice – our delicious dishes for your dinner.
