High-quality products are essential for every chef, whether with a hood or without. That’s why we know our suppliers personally and know where the ingredients for our dishes come from: namely from our region. Depending on the season, we let nature surprise us with what it has in store for us, and from this, we create – sometimes at short notice – our delicious dishes for your dinner.
You can recognize our sommelier, Daniel, by the way he breezes through Labstelle with a bottle of our finest wine and a good mood. He does not have a favorite grape variety. He is inspired by classic aged to orange and natural wines, depending on what he and our guests are in the mood for. One thing is certain – the proper one always ends up in the glass.
He always wanted to be a chef. Not to mention bringing people together to make them happy with good food. That’s why Marcel has been a passionate food blogger and a cook at the Labstelle from the very beginning. His preference for originality is reflected in his dishes, and the stories behind them also deserve to be told.
