of the Labstelle

Gerald and Thomas founded Labstelle in 2013. Since then, guests have become friends and colleagues have grown into a close-knit team. Christina keeps everything on track in the office and plans and organises our events.

Many members of our kitchen team have been part of Labstelle for years. They know one another, work closely together and share the same standards. Led by head chef Matthias Hausburg and sous-chef Theo Gkountis, the kitchen is driven by a love of ingredients and attention to detail. Whenever possible, everything is made, smoked, cured or baked in-house – combining traditional methods with new ideas.

Zeljko Skrbo is at the heart of our restaurant and events team. With experience, passion and a keen sense of hospitality, he and the team make every guest feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment.
