of the Labstelle

Thomas and Gerald are grateful. Together they opened Labstelle in 2013. Today some guests have become friends. People who have come back again and again after their first visit, and staff members who give their all to keep it that way. Christin is one of them. She manages the office, plans and organizes events.

Many in our kitchen team have been on board since day one. Here, everybody knows everyone and everything. The only thing we don’t know is compromise. This claim is shared by the whole team around head chef Matthias and his sous chef Theo. What works is made by ourselves, smoked, cured, baked—old methods and new. Hip-hop is played; preferably old school.

Katharina Proyer and Zeljko Skrbo form the heart of our restaurant and banquet team. With experience, passion, and a fine sense for hospitality, they ensure that everything runs smoothly day after day. Together with their dedicated team, they create an atmosphere where our guests feel welcome and perfectly taken care of from the very first moment.
